For qualified startups, The Shelf offers a suite of influencer marketing tools at a fraction of the regular price (billed annually).
Qualified startups are accepted into this program based on a number of criteria:
- Your funding and yearly revenue must be less than $1M.
- You must be serious about influencer marketing! Either you're familiar with the space or you're willing to learn the ropes. While shoe-string budgets make it a little harder than someone with hundreds of thousands to blow, the right technique can help you realize tremendous potential. The average company sees a $6 return on every dollar spent.
- Our startup pricing must be within your price range. We're looking for startups that are serious about using our platform as a long term, sustainable marketing strategy, not a once-and-done thing. If you're looking for a quick campaign, you'd probably do better with a different platform, because to do influencer marketing successfully, it needs to be treated like any of your other marketing channels. If you're wanting to be accepted under the startup plan, we want to make sure that you'll have good results, because budgets are tight in early stage companies!
- You must be seeking to work with influencers in a space we support: fashion, beauty, lifestyle, mommy, food, travel, or DIY. We cross over into other areas, but for startups, it's important that you fall within the verticals that we really shine in, because that will bring you the most success.
